Are you driven, competitive, and ready to be part of building a new initiative from the ground up? Do you want to help Swedish companies enhance their digital visibility and become more AI-ready? Then this could be the role for you!

We are now looking for salespeople for a new sales office in central Borås. In this role, you will work B2B and assist small and medium-sized enterprises in developing their digital presence. You will own the entire sales process and primarily work via phone – from the first contact to closing the deal and follow-up.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting customer dialogues and performing needs analyses
  • Presenting solutions that increase the customer's visibility and AI-ready presence
  • Driving the deal to completion and ensuring a smooth customer onboarding
  • Following up and managing administrative tasks after the deal is closed

You will work with a clear offering specifically developed for this initiative – short decision-making paths, high tempo, and a focus on results.

This is a direct recruitment, which means that we at StudentConsulting handle the recruitment process, and you will be employed by the client. The position is full-time, and you are expected to start immediately or as agreed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in sales or wants to start their B2B career
  • Enjoys phone sales and building customer relationships
  • Is responsible, competitive, and customer-oriented
  • Likes a fast-paced environment, clear goals, and seeing results
  • Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

It is a plus if you:

  • Have experience in telemarketing, customer service, or selling digital services
